Steven Cheyne strives to produce quality original prints for whatever purpose of display. All orders are handled with professional care and attention using a well crafted technique and understanding of digital printing technology. The following information should be read to help determine your purchasing decisions.

Payment method

All payments are securely processed by Paypal. Paypal are the most well known online service for handling transactions and provide peace of mind for both the customer and the seller. You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to make your purchase as Paypal allows you to use a credit/debit card separately.

Delivery

Orders placed on Steven Cheyne Archive are all shipped using Royal Mail 1st class tracked & signed for services inside the UK. Any orders outside the UK may need special arrangements although most orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed – to find out more about this please contact us.


Returns

In certain circumstances items somehow get damaged even after careful attention was made towards packaging and shipping or sometimes you may receive the wrong item. We understand these issues which we will be happy to help correct. To make the process a reassuring and fulfilling experience please follow our return policies.

For damage in shipping

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure their safe and expected proper arrival. In the event you receive your package with obvious external damage, refuse the package unopened stating the observed package condition. Doing this will help you in recieving a full replacement or refund. If an opened package reveals damaged containing items please keep all original packaging and notify us right away via the contact page.

For wrong item or a sudden change of mind about an item

When your order just isn’t right for you, a return will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund for items returned to us not including shipping costs in original packaging and if the condition of the item is sale-able. Please notify us before returning an item and please make sure you take care when packaging the item to be shipped, as poorly packaged items may refute your refund eligibility.
